Refund policy


We want you to be happy with your purchase. Here's how returns and refunds work:
 
30-Day Satisfaction Window
You may request a refund or replacement within 30 days of your order being marked delivered.
 
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or isn't what you ordered, contact us at MasuoStore@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund - no need to ship the item back.
 
Change of Mind / Not As Expected
If you're simply not satisfied with your item, contact us within 30 days of delivery. Depending on the situation, we may offer a full or partial refund without requiring the item be returned, given the low cost of return shipping relative to item value.
 
Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled free of charge within 12 hours of purchase, before they've been sent to our fulfillment partner. After that point, the order may already be in production/transit and cannot be cancelled, though our standard return policy still applies once it arrives.
 
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
